John 4:23 Jesus speaks to the woman at the well. He states that the hour cometh, that those who worship the Lord will worship him in spirit and in truth.
God connects with us spiritually, He speaks to our spiritual being, not to our minds. Our minds receive from the spirit, and are fed by the spirit. Its not the mind that feeds the spirit, but the spirit that gives information to the mind as far as connecting with God is concerned. God is spirit and those who worship Him, the do it in spirit. We don't connect to God through our minds, never.
Therefore if anyone would want to prove that he is from God by convincing your mind, its really a child play, its a mind game, and God is not there for mind games. God can not and He will not try to convince anyone about prophecy by numbers of any document, it will be a blasphemy of His word and faith. God is spirit, and He speaks to our spirit, and what He says, appeals to the spiritual being before appealing to the mind being.

And even the way we receive a word from God is different, our expression of receving a spiritual word has humbleness in it. If its from God the spirit, humbleness should be there.
